Auburn Shiraz Motel
The old railway line between Auburn and Clare has been carefully covered over to create a walking/riding trail.
This trail passes through a landscape of rolling hillsides, vineyards, wildflowers in spring and wild olive trees.
Allow plenty of time to leave the trail and explore the Clare valley wineries. The trail is easily cycled one way in about two hours.
For bicycle hire be sure to visit Cogwebs in the main street of Auburn. Open 8am to 6pm, six days a week (closed Wednesday unless pre booked).
